随着澳门经济多元化发展的不断推进,其对技术技能人才的需求愈发迫切。本文分析了澳门职业技术教育发展中法律法规、教师及学生、课程等基本情况及现状,结合国家职业教育发展政策,对澳门职业教育发展提出了加强职业技术教育立法、完善顶层设计、提高企业在职业技术教育中的参与度、实现职业技术教育发展与经济结构相协调、加强职业技术教育的区域联系与合作等系列可行的发展建议。
With the continuous development of Macao’s economic diversification, its demand for skilled technical personnel is becoming more and more urgent. This article analyzes the basic situation and current situation of laws and regulations, teachers and students, curriculum in the development of vocational and technical education in Macao. Combined with the development policy of national vocational education, it proposes to strengthen the legislation of vocational and technical education for the development of Macao vocational education, improve the top-level design, Vocational and technical education in the degree of participation, vocational and technical education to achieve economic development and coordination of the economy, strengthen vocational education and other regional contacts and cooperation in a series of feasible development proposals.
