新课标背景下,校本教研中的听评课活动成了提高教师专业素养和渗透新课程理念的载体。但环视周边的评课现象,大多停留在表层与细节,没能深入,主要问题有:1.就课论课,缺乏对教师长远发展的考虑;2.注重老师的教,很少评价学生的学;3.注重教学方法的评价,很少涉及教学内容的选择;4.缺乏课群意识;5.忽视对生成资源的评价。这些评课理念相对滞后,缺乏应有的深度和广度,不能真正发挥效用,这无形中阻碍了新课程的发展。在新课程课堂教学评价中,评课者必须认真领会新课标
Under the background of the new curriculum standard, listening and commenting class activities in school-based teaching and research have become the carrier of improving teachers’ professional accomplishment and infiltrating the new curriculum concept. However, looking around the phenomenon of appraisal, mostly stay in the surface and details, did not go deep, the main problems are: 1. The class class, lack of consideration for the long-term development of teachers; 2. Focus on the teacher’s teaching, and rarely evaluate students Learning; 3. Focus on the evaluation of teaching methods, seldom involved the choice of teaching content; 4. Lack of class awareness; These reviews concept lagging behind, the lack of depth and breadth, can not really play its role, which virtually hindered the development of the new curriculum.
