1999年10月,西安市站采用流行病学调查方法,对保健食品市场的现况进行了调查,发现12个省市的56种产品中大多采用中草药为原料,以滋补型为主,剂型与普通食品截然不同,保健功能不尽相同,有的产品有一种功能,有的产品标注有两种以上的保健功能,功效成份较为复杂,有的产品未标注功效成份,却标注有保健功能,市场上销售的标注有保健功能的食品中,50%是经卫生部批准的,其余均为违反保健食品审批程序,由一些省市变相批准或按普通食品审批却在标签中宣传其保健功能。建议卫生监督部门应严格审批程序,加强执法力度,逐步加强保健食品功效成份的监督监测,提高保健食品的质量。
