本文提出用双瓷管电阻炉燃烧-气相色谱法准确测定铜及铜合金中表面碳和体内碳,检测灵敏度可达亚ppm级。研究了不同的表面处理方法时表面碳和总碳量测定的影响以及各种纯化氧气的方法与空白值的关系。
In this paper, the dual-tube resistance furnace combustion-gas chromatography is used to determine the surface carbon and in-vivo carbon in copper and copper alloys accurately. The detection sensitivity is up to sub-ppm level. The effects of different surface treatments on the determination of surface carbon and total carbon and the relationship between various methods of purifying oxygen and the blank values were studied.
