利用分光光度法测定黄芪中铜的含量。方法是在氨溶液中，铜离子与铜试剂（二乙氨基二硫代甲酸钠，ＤＤＴＣ）生成黄棕色配合物，可于４３０ｎｍ波长下进行测定。
Spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of copper in Astragalus membranaceus. The method is to generate yellow-brown complexes of copper ions and copper reagent (sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, DDTC) in ammonia solution, which can be measured at a wavelength of 430 nm.
