今年以来,各地区、各部门按照中央决策部署,以科学发展为主题,以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,着力稳物价、调结构、保民生、促和谐,国民经济继续保持平稳较快发展的良好势头。工业经济总体仍运行在平稳较快的增长区间,呈现生产增长较快、效益同步改善、产业结构调整稳步推进的良好格局。同时,在我国经济由政策刺激向自主增长有序转变的过程中,不同行业、不同企业、不同地区对经济运行内外部环境变化反应也不尽一致。经济发展中不平衡、不协调、不可持续问题仍然突出。对此,我们要做认真细致、全面深入的分析,准确把握运行态势,见微知著,防止苗头性问题演变为趋势性问题,进而影响全局。
