采用纳米划痕技术研究了硬化纯水泥熟料净浆在划擦过程的弹、塑性变形和摩擦特性,并着重讨论了不同荷载的影响。结果表明:综合压头压入深度、摩擦因数及弹性恢复率能够有效地对未水化熟料颗粒相和水化产物相进行区别和分析;当荷载低于5mN时,材料主要发生弹性变形,以界面摩擦为主;荷载提高至8mN后,水化产物相逐步以塑性变形为主,并产生犁沟摩擦;荷载的提高有利于改善测试数据的离散程度,但高载荷下在水化产物相某些部位可能发生穿相。
Nano-scratch technology was used to study the elastic, plastic deformation and friction characteristics of sclerosing pure cement clinker during the scrubbing process. The effects of different loads were also discussed. The results show that the comprehensive indentation indentation depth, friction coefficient and elastic recovery rate can effectively distinguish and analyze the particle phase and hydration product phase of unhydrated clinker. When the load is lower than 5mN, the material mainly deforms elastically, And the interface friction is the main factor. When the load increases to 8mN, the hydration product phase is mainly plastic deformation, and the furrow friction is produced. The increase of the load is helpful to improve the dispersion of the test data. However, Some parts may occur through the phase.
