针对混凝土竖孔空心砌块存在的热、渗、裂等问题,提出一种混凝土横孔空心砌块。通过对这种混凝土横孔砌块砌体9组(共54个)试件受压性能试验研究和4组(共16个)试件受剪性能试验研究,了解这种新型横孔砌块砌体的变形特征及破坏机理,并将试验结果与现行国家规范计算公式进行对比。结果表明,现行国家规范计算新型横孔砌块砌体的抗压强度偏于不安全,抗剪强度较规范值提高了61%~110%。
Aiming at the problems of heat, seepage and fissure existing in concrete vertical hole hollow block, a kind of concrete hollow block with horizontal holes is proposed. By studying the compression performance of 9 specimens (54 specimens in total) of masonry concrete with horizontal holes and the shear test of 4 specimens (16 specimens in total), this new horizontal hole block construction Body deformation characteristics and failure mechanism, and compare the test results with the current national standard calculation formula. The results show that the compressive strength of the new horizontal masonry block masonry calculated by the current national standard is unsafe and the shear strength is increased by 61% ~ 110% compared with the standard value.
