随着社会日新月异的变迁,我们的思想也被打上这个时代专属的烙印,文明的进步使得我们每一个人人文素质不断提高,但也迸裂出一些异样火花。过分注重孩子学习成绩而忽略孩子的心理素质教育这一问题愈发严重,一些孩子因为心理疏通不及时出现太多状况。本文旨在结合《改变心理学的40项研究》中的四项研究分析,阐述下情绪障碍的形成原因、并以生活为例进行简要分析,给出自己的除医学治疗外的建议。
With the rapid changes in our society, our thinking has also been marked with the imprint of this era. The progress of civilization has made each one of us a continuous improvement in the humanities and the quality of human beings, but we also burst out some strange sparks. Too much emphasis on children’s academic performance while ignoring children’s psychological quality education has become more and more serious. Some children do not have too many conditions in time because of psychological dredge. This article aims to combine the four studies in “40 studies on psychology change” to analyze the reasons for the formation of mood disorders and take life as an example for a brief analysis to give their own recommendations in addition to medical treatment.
