安徽省农村卫生协会于2015年接受国家卫计委基层司农村卫生处的委托,承担《乡镇卫生院补偿制度研究》。本次研究提出了“分项核定法”。在阐述“分项核定法”的政策基础及其基本要领后,着重运用“分项核定法”对三省六县(六县分别以A、B、C、D、E、F标识)乡镇卫生院补偿水平进行分析比较,并对乡镇卫生院现行的三种补偿政策进行比较和评价,在此基础上提出如何选择的建议。
In 2015, Anhui Rural Health Association commissioned the Rural Health Department of the Grassroots Department of the State Health Planning Commission to undertake the “Study on Compensation System for Township Health Centers”. The study proposed “sub-approval method ”. After elaborating the policy basis and its basic essentials of “sub-approval method”, the author focuses on the application of “sub-approval method” to identify the six provinces (six counties with A, B, C, D, E and F respectively ) Township hospitals compensation level analysis and comparison, and the township hospitals for the current three kinds of compensation policies for comparison and evaluation, on this basis, how to choose the proposal.
