0.概述胜利油田井下作业公司在土库曼斯坦施工已多年,随着施工的不断深入,施工难度和要求也愈来愈高,在近年大修和侧钻井的施工中表现尤为明显,同时,由于该区块的采注严重不平衡,造成封堵困难等多次施工均无结果的现象。本文详细介绍了目前胜利油田土库曼油井项目施工的油井封堵状况和方法,对现场的注意事项和消减措施作了相应的说明,并提出了下步的发展方向。
