装卸机械设备管理是矿山装卸部门管理工作的重要组成部分,其管理工作水平不仅直接关系设备的技术状况和装卸作业质量,关系到企业生产经营目标的实现,而且与安全生产,文明生产有着密切关系。它是保证装卸作业质量、作业安全、提高劳动生产率的重要途径。本文就装卸机械设备管理的难点进行探讨,提出相应对策。
Loading and unloading machinery and equipment management is an important part of the management of the loading and unloading department of the mine.
