《汉书·艺文志》对中国小说发生期现象作出了理论总结 ,但它是否仅具有目录学意义还是同时具有文学意义 ,学界存在着不同争议。文章认为 ,虽然《汉志》“小说家”有着与诸子九家共性上的经学化色彩 ,然而 ,刘、班诸人对于“小说家”在《汉志》中所处的特殊的结构性位置、借“不可观”所表达出来的对其文学性质的认定、不同于其它诸子九家之序的《诸子略·小说序》的表述结构 ,都表明“小说家”有着与诸子九家不同的文学化色彩 ,这是它在文化整体格局中的个性。这种体现在“小说家”中的经学化和文学化色彩 ,实出于《汉志》作者的儒家立场和文学意识 ,它们构成了“小说家”在《汉志》中的文化语境。
Han Shu Yi Wen Zhi made a theoretical summary of the phenomenon of the occurrence of Chinese novels, but whether it has only the significance of the bibliography or the literary significance at the same time, there are different disputes in the academic circles. The article holds that although Han Zhi’s novelist has the generalized academic color with nine philosophers, the special structure of Liu and Baocui in Han Zhi Position, by “unobtrusive” expressed its nature of the literature, is different from the other nine sons of the “preface of the various strategies and novel novels,” the structure of the statement, that “novelist” has and the philosophers Nine different literary colors, this is its personality in the overall pattern of culture. This kind of academic and literary color embodied in the novelist lies in the Confucianist position and literary consciousness of the authors of the Han Dynasty, which constitute the cultural context of the novelist in Han.
