以1,2,3-三甲基-3-(4-磺酸丁基)-3H-吲哚啉-5-磺酸盐和各种芳杂醛为原料,在哌啶催化下合成了6种新型水溶性吲哚菁染料,采用1H NMR,HRMS,IR和UV-Vis对染料进行了结构表征.研究了6种染料在不同溶剂中的光谱性质,结果表明:染料在不同溶剂中的最大吸收波长处在426.0~562.5 nm之间,发射波长处在508.2~596.0 nm之间,摩尔消光系数在0.6×104~6.7×104L mol-1cm-1范围内.同时,研究了染料与鲑鱼精DNA和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,结果发现:5种水溶性染料与DNA或BSA相互作用较弱.
