1964~1969年锅炉运行中突出事故是集箱管接头角焊缝裂缝(图1)。仅中央电力局就有三座电站七台锅炉受到角焊缝裂缝的影响。一台50万千瓦大容量机组锅炉,一根管子泄漏往往被忽视,认为只是一根管子的事,然而,从损坏管中喷出压力为4.1~19.5牛顿/毫米~2,温度为500~550℃的蒸汽会损坏周围管子甚至集箱。这样会造成严重的泄漏和事故停炉。本文讨论图1所示的裂缝,不是实验室研究结果而是电厂运行和裂缝修复的实际经验。裂缝偶然裂在集箱一侧,多数裂在图1所示的管接头一侧。
The prominent accident in the operation of boiler from 1964 to 1969 was the fissure of header fillet weld (Figure 1). Only the central power station has three power plants seven boilers affected by cracks in the fillet weld. A 500,000 kilowatt high-capacity unit boiler, a pipe leak is often overlooked, that is only a pipe thing, however, from the damaged pipe discharge pressure of 4.1 ~ 19.5 Newton / mm ~ 2, a temperature of 500 Steam at ~ 550 ° C can damage surrounding tubes or headers.
