一、在教学中,要制定切实可行的教学规划制定教学规划是确保教学方案和教学思路、模式等能够尽量科学、合理的重要保障。皮亚杰指出:“教师不应企图将知识,观点硬塞给学生,而应该找到能引起学生兴趣,能刺激学生的材料后,让学生自己去解决。”传统的教学模式是一味地接受式学习,学生处于被动的学习状态,久而久之,学生会感到枯燥、乏味,对学习失去兴趣,造成学习效率低。在新形势下制定教学规划还需要重点考虑以下几个方面:学生的心理特点和性格有何变化;历史课堂上普遍存在什么问题;教师自身有哪些不足;初中历史的教学任务有何变化和侧重;教学效率如何评估和改进。这几个方面都紧紧围绕着激发学习兴趣这个中心,进行科学合理的规划设计,为确保教学效率的提高提供保障。
