我国企业的规模在不断扩大,为了激励员工可以高效的为企业工作,为员工提供全方位的服务和福利是重要的途径,为企业员工提供职工餐厅的就餐福利就是一项重要的福利待遇。企业内部职工餐厅是后勤单位的一个重要的组成机制,它是有效开展后勤工作的一个重要保障,它是为企业的职工提供服务的一个直接关键的窗口。加强企业内部职工餐厅的内部核算和财务管理,是对企业广大职工切身利益的有效维护,促使企业自身的发展的成果可以惠及到企业的广大职工,从而实现企业的发展成果可以与企业职工共同分享。本文主要介绍了企业内部职工餐厅的财务管理的重要性,并指出了职工餐厅目前存在的问题,并提出了相应的改善对策与建议。
