新日铁采用氧气顶吹转炉(BOF)冶炼,钢包精炼,单向凝固铸锭和轧制集成工艺生产了25、50和270mm厚改良型9Cr—1Mo钢板(ASTM A387 Grade91)。这些钢板在整个厚度方向上的化学成分和机械性能均匀,拉伸强度和蠕变断裂强度优异,低温韧性和焊接性良好,这些钢板的GTAW、SMAW和SAW焊接工艺的焊接接头也显示出优异的机械性能。改良型9Cr—1Mo钢板不但在快速增殖反应堆(FBR)蒸汽发生器上而且在热力锅炉和化工反应器上都将具有广阔的应用前景。
Nippon Steel produced 25, 50 and 270mm thick modified 9Cr-1Mo steel sheets (ASTM A387 Grade91) using BOF smelting, ladle refining, unidirectional solidification ingot and rolling integration processes. These steel plates have uniform chemical composition and mechanical properties throughout the thickness direction, excellent tensile strength and creep rupture strength, good low-temperature toughness and weldability, and the welded joints of the GTAW, SMAW and SAW welding processes of these steel plates also show excellent Mechanical behavior. The modified 9Cr-1Mo steel will have broad application prospects not only in FBR steam generators but also in thermal boilers and chemical reactors.
