日本专利特开2011-162883本专利提供了一种铸造性、加工性和力学性能均优的新型铝合金,它的主要化学成分如下(质量分数):3.5%~7.5%Si、0.45%~0.8%Mg、0.05%~0.25%Cr,余量为铝。在含有不影响合金韧性的Si元素的铝硅合金中,加入适量的Mg可改善合金的强度,同样,在加Mg的同时,再添加Cr元素,可使其强度得到大幅度的提升。此外,Mg不仅能改善合金的强度,还能细化共晶Si。
Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2011-162883 This patent provides a novel aluminum alloy which is excellent in castability, workability and mechanical properties. Its main chemical composition is as follows (mass fraction): 3.5% to 7.5% Si, 0.45% to 0.8 % Mg, 0.05% ~ 0.25% Cr, balance aluminum. In the Al-Si alloy containing Si element that does not affect the toughness of the alloy, the addition of an appropriate amount of Mg improves the strength of the alloy. Similarly, addition of Cr element while adding Mg can greatly enhance the strength of the alloy. In addition, Mg can not only improve the strength of the alloy, but also refine the eutectic Si.
