From November 14 to November 21, 2000, as a member of the law exchange delegation of Shandong University, the author visited Taiwan’s Science and Technology Law Center of Information Science and Technology Center during the academic exchange of academic visits in Taiwan. At the science and technology law of Jiaotong University in Hsinchu, Therefore, universities and law universities such as Soochow University, Soochow University, Cultures University and Fu Jen Catholic University have deeply felt the importance of legal education and research institutions in Taiwan in science, technology and industry.
