悦纳自我心理游戏的启示笔者在心理健康课堂上完成了一个“悦纳自我”主题的心理游戏。如下:让同学们写出自己的十个优点、十个缺点,并体验一下写优点和缺点时心理的不同感觉。第一步,写下十个优点,写完之后默念三遍,然后闭上眼睛在心中再默念三遍。第二步,张开眼睛,伸出双手请别人压一压。第三步,写下十个缺点,写完之后默念三遍,然后闭上眼睛在心中再默念三遍。第四步,张开眼睛,伸出双手请别人压一压,体会一下是什么感觉。
