党的十一届三中全会以来,党成功地在农村推行了多种形式的联产承包制。随着农村经济“两个转化”的发展一个民办机械化的热潮正在兴起。农民掌握了大量农业机械,但农机化人才不足,急需培养多层次多规格的农业工程技术人才。为此农机教育应进行改革,发挥农业院校的优势发展综合学科,创造一套完整的、适合我国农业现代化特点的农机教育体系。改革教学内容和教学方法以适应新的技术革命的要求。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh CPC Central Committee, the party has successfully implemented various forms of joint-stock contract system in rural areas. With the development of “two transformations” in the rural economy, a boom in private mechanization is on the rise. Farmers have mastered a large number of agricultural machinery, but insufficient agricultural mechanization, urgent need to cultivate multi-level multi-standard agricultural engineering and technical personnel. To this end, agricultural education should be reformed to give play to the advantages of agricultural colleges and universities to develop comprehensive disciplines and to create a complete agricultural education system suitable for the characteristics of China’s agricultural modernization. Reform teaching content and teaching methods to meet the requirements of the new technological revolution.
