1994年度建设部优质样板工程,业经建设部优质样板工程审定委员会审定通过,现予公布。 一、对地区和部门申报的优质样板工程,经审定共有101项授予1994年度建设部优质样板工程(见附件一)。 二、在建设部第二批城市试点住宅小区中,经部工程质量检查验收组确认的11项优质工程,也同时一并授予1994年度建设部优质样板工程(见附件二)。 各地建设行政主管部门和国务院有关部门,要对获奖企业给予适当表彰和宣传,同时要加强对优质样板工程的管理。对授予建设部优质样板工程的项目,若在三年之内发现有较大质量问题的,
The 1994 high-quality model project of the Ministry of Construction was approved by the Ministry of Construction’s High Quality Model Project Examination Committee and is hereby promulgated. 1. The high-quality model project submitted by the districts and departments has been audited and approved a total of 101 items that were awarded to the Ministry of Construction’s 1994 Quality Project (see Annex 1). 2. In the second batch of urban pilot residential quarters of the Ministry of Construction, the 11 high-quality projects confirmed by the Quality Inspection and Acceptance Section of the Ministry of Construction were also jointly awarded to the 1994 High Quality Model Project of the Ministry of Construction (see Annex II). Local administrative departments in charge of construction and relevant departments of the State Council shall give appropriate recognition and publicity to the winning enterprises, and at the same time strengthen the management of quality model projects.
