目的:探讨柔性管理在普外科手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:采用随机方法将2015年义乌市第二人民医院收治的500例普外科手术患者进行分组,观察组患者应用柔性护理管理,对照组患者进行常规护理管理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的护理满意率为97.6%,护患纠纷发生率为2.0%,患者术后疼痛评分为(3.0±0.2)分,对照组患者的护理满意率为70.0%,护患纠纷发生率为22.0%,患者术后疼痛评分为(4.5±0.3)分,组间对比,差异均显著(P<0.01)。结论:在普外科手术患者护理中应用柔性管理对于降低患者术后疼痛程度、降低护患纠纷发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意率具有积极的临床意义。
Objective: To explore the application of flexible management in general surgery patients. Methods: A total of 500 general surgery patients admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Yiwu in 2015 were divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were treated with flexible nursing management. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group was 97.6%, the incidence rate of nursing dispute was 2.0%, the score of postoperative pain was 3.0 ± 0.2, the satisfaction rate of nursing in control group was 70.0%, and the nurse-patient dispute occurred The rate was 22.0%. The postoperative pain score was (4.5 ± 0.3) points. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The application of flexible management in general surgery patients’ nursing has positive clinical significance for reducing the degree of postoperative pain, reducing the incidence of nurse-patient disputes and improving the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing work.
