当前,中小学德育管理中,还有不少学校把学生看成被动接受教育的对象,用僵硬、教条的制度对学生进行管、卡、压,这严重摧残了学生的心灵,压抑了学生的个性,导致学生生命成长的质量意识和自我发展意识淡薄,心灵被物化,人格被分离。为引导学生快乐成长,主动提升,持续发展,必须拨正反德育的学校管理制度,促进学生德性的生成。
