目的 探讨空气净化对老年 2型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素 1等的改善。方法 老年 2型糖尿病疗养员 43例随机分为空气净化组 (n =2 4 )和对照组 (n =1 9)。空气净化组所处的疗养室进行每日 2 4h空气净化 ,对照组患者住普通病房。两组均每隔 1个月抽血检测血浆内皮素 1、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘酞过氧化物酶、丙二醛和心功能指标。结果 实验组空气净化 1个月后 ,内皮素 1、丙二醛由净化前的 4 .2 3± 1 .1 5pg/ml、4 .58± 0 .44mmol/L分别下降为 3 .41± 1 .2 8pg/ml、4 .1 3± 0 .34mmol/L(P均 <0 .0 5) ,超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘酞过氧化物酶由净化前的 82 .3± 8.7nU/ml、44 .7± 5 .9U/L分别上升为 88.5± 9.6nU/ml、57.5± 6 .4U/L ,有效率分别为 75 % ,75 % ,70 .8% ,66 .7%。心功能指标也有明显的改善 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 对老年 2型糖尿病患者行空气净化治疗 ,能显著改善其血浆内皮素 1的含量、心功能和抗氧化能力
Objective To investigate the effect of air purification on plasma endothelin-1 in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Forty-three elderly convalescent type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into air purification group (n = 24) and control group (n = 19). Air purification group where the nursing room for 24 h daily air purification, control group of patients living in general ward. Blood samples were taken every two months for plasma ET, SOD, GSHP, MDA and cardiac function. Results After air purification for 1 month in the experimental group, the endothelin 1 and malondialdehyde decreased from 4.23 ± 1.15 pg / ml and 4.58 ± 0.44 mmol / L to 3.41 ± 1 .2 8pg / ml, 4.13 ± 0.34mmol / L (P <0.05), superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase decreased from 82.3 ± 8.7nu / ml and 44.7 ± 5.9U / L increased to 88.5 ± 9.6nU / ml and 57.5 ± 6.4U / L respectively, and the effective rates were 75%, 75%, 70.8% and 66.7% respectively. Cardiac function also significantly improved (P <0. 05). Conclusion Air-purifying treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes patients can significantly improve the plasma endothelin-1 content, cardiac function and antioxidant capacity
