Differential kinetic analysis is a simple and ideal method for the determination of a single component in a multicomponent mixture of similar properties. Some analysts used to determine the binary and ternary mixtures of rare earths. However, the analytical concentration is usually 10 ~ (- 4) ~ 10 ~ (-5) M, some of the errors more than 30%. This may be due to the sensitivity of the developer used is not enough, the higher concentration of rare earths to be tested, the reaction speed, short detection time, resulting in increased error. In order to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of determination, the reaction kinetics behavior and parameters of rare earth elements with high sensitivity and good selectivity of tribromoarsenazo reagent were studied.
