一、连杆的结构特点连杆是柴油机主要零件之一。它在柴油机中把作用在活塞顶部的膨胀气体的压力传给曲轴,又受曲轴的驱动而带动活塞压缩气缸中的气体。连杆在工作中承受着急剧变化的动载荷,因而材料机械性能要求较高。一般采用45号碳结钢或40Cr、35CrMo合结钢制造,并进行调质处理。连杆由连杆体及连杆盖两部分组成,连杆体与连杆盖的大头孔用螺栓和螺母与曲轴连杆轴颈装配在一起。连杆小头孔用活塞销与活塞连接。小头孔内压有青铜衬套,减少与活塞销的磨损。同时便于磨损后进行修理
