我厂过去对于氮化的控制,采用玻璃分解率测定仪测定炉内气体分解率,圆图电子电位差计控制炉温,用 U 型玻璃管测炉内氨压,间接控制 NH_3流量,每半小时手动测量并记录,误差大且常出故障。我们设计安装了氨气分解率自动测定及报警系统,如图1所示。主要采用北京分析仪器厂生产的 QRD-112型氨分解测定仪,对炉内氨气进行连续和自动测定并记录,此仪器还备有超高超低限微动开关触点,同时可安
