目的:观察内镜氩离子束凝固术(Argon Plasma Coagulation APC)联合中药加味旋代汤(jiaweixuandaitang)治疗疣状胃炎(Verrucous gastritis)的临床价值。方法:将90例内镜确诊完全型疣状胃炎病人随机分为两组,对照组45例,用氩离子凝固术+奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗。治疗组45例,在对照组基础上加用加味旋代汤。观察胃痛、胀满、反酸、嗳气、纳差等症状和胃镜下病灶消失情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率:治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组疣状病灶数目比较:治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内镜氩离子束凝固术治疗疣状胃炎后,应用中药加味旋代汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗有协同作用,疗效优于单一西药治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical value of Argon Plasma Coagulation (APC) combined with jiaweixuandaitang in treating verrucous gastritis. Methods: Ninety patients with complete verrucous gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with argon plasma coagulation + omeprazole enteric-coated tablets. The treatment group of 45 cases, based on the control group plus add rotable soup. Observed stomach pain, fullness, acid reflux, belching, anorexia and other symptoms and endoscopic lesions disappear. Results: The total effective rate of clinical efficacy: the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The number of verrucous lesions in both groups before and after treatment was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic argon ion beam coagulation in the treatment of verrucous gastritis, the application of traditional Chinese medicine flavors syrup and omeprazole enteric-coated tablets have a synergistic effect, the effect is superior to single western medicine.
