中国集装箱现有年设计生产能力超过100万TEU,几乎达到世界市场需求量。有20多家生产企业遍布中国沿海地区,企业间的竞争十分激烈。地处箱厂密布的顺达公司管理层及时敦促各部门想方设法挖掘降低材料消耗、节约费用开支的潜力,注重质置控制管理,利用技术改造扩大生产能力,并已取得初步成效:1996年度,累计生产集装箱60186TEU,实现工业总产值11041万美元,比上年增长27％;累计销售集装箱63150TEU,实现产品销售收入11581万美元,比上年增长40％,盈利330万美元。 1.不断加强质量控制管理,保持产品质量在行业中的优势 我公司着重在喷砂、油漆两个工序提高质量。一方面,通过技术改造不断完善制造工艺,提高操作机械化自动化程度。自1995年1月份开始相继投入约150万美元购置喷砂机、自动喷涂系统等关键设备。另一方面,不断向生产线员工灌输质量意识,加强岗位操作培训,提高操作水平和熟练程序,促使产品质量不断提高。
