粟粒结核为急性血性播散性结核。近些年来，由于免疫功能缺陷病人日益增多，本病发病率有所增加，而且临床表现复杂多变，一旦延误诊治，严重影响预后。本文总结我院1984～1994年收治的粟粒结核20例。1病例资料20例经细菌学和（或）组织学确诊。男性9例，女性11例，年龄l～64岁 Miliary tuberculosis is acute bloody disseminated tuberculosis.
