比较三种培养基(MS、N_6、B_5)对黄花蒿带芽茎段的诱导作用,此外,采用星点设计和效应面法分析了不同激素组合在黄花蒿愈伤细胞培养过程中对细胞生物量的影响,进一步优选愈伤细胞培养过程中的最佳激素组合.结果显示黄花蒿茎段诱导的最适培养基为B_5,在此培养基上可得到质地疏松、生长旺盛的愈伤细胞,且诱导率可达91.0%;愈伤细胞继代的最适激素浓度组合为KT 1.59mg/L+NAA 1.83mg/L+6-BA 0.89mg/L,在此优化条件下,黄花蒿愈伤细胞重量的预测值为263.33g/L,验证值为259.60g/L.实验确立的数学模型的实测值与预测值相对偏差较小(-1.4%),可正确预测激素浓度对黄花蒿细胞生物量的影响.
