射砂实砂法用于造型已有多年的历史,尤其是底射射砂造型工艺问世以来,使射砂造型工艺得到更快的发展。但是,对于型砂射砂充填过程的流态及其实砂效果的研究报导甚少。国外某些资料曾报导过顶射射砂充填过程及其流态,然而多局限于制芯的实砂。本文旨在探讨型砂采用顶射射砂和底射射砂(下称“顶射”和“底射”)充填时的流态及其实砂效果,为射砂造型工艺参数的选择提供依据。一、试验装置顶射装置如图1所示。底射装置如图2所示。图3为测定射砂压力的方框图。
Sand casting sand method used for modeling has many years of history, especially after the launch of sand molding technology has come out, make the sand molding technology to achieve faster development. However, little research has been done on the fluid state of sand injection and the actual sand effect. Some foreign data have reported that the top shot of sand filling process and its flow, but more limited to the core of the solid sand. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the flow pattern and the real sand effect when the sand is filled with top and bottom shot sand (hereinafter referred to as “top shot” and “bottom shot”), and provide the basis for the selection of process parameters for shot sand molding.
