本文着重研究生长Nd~(3+):YAG晶体热系统中保温屏的构造方式对温度梯度的影响,从而为生长高质量的Nd~(3+):YAG晶体获得一合适的温场。
In this paper, we focus on the influence of the structure of the insulation screen on the temperature gradient in Nd ~ (3 +): YAG crystal growth system to obtain a suitable temperature field for the growth of high quality Nd ~ (3 +): YAG crystals.
