[目的]探讨maspin、MMP-9和VEGF在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达水平及其与临床病理指标的关系和其对预后的意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学SP法,分别检测50例口腔鳞状细胞癌和20例正常口腔黏膜组织中maspin、MMP-9和VEGF的表达情况。[结果]maspin在OSCC和正常口腔黏膜组织中表达率分别为90.0%(18/20)和72%(36/50),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);maspin蛋白表达与MMP-9蛋白及VEGF表达呈负相关;MMP-9与VEGF表达呈正相关。[结论]Maspin表达缺失在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中有重要作用;maspin、MMP-9、VEGF同时发生异常可作为评估口腔鳞状细胞癌恶性程度的重要生物学指标,联合检测三者的表达对了解口腔鳞状细胞癌的恶性行为有重要的临床参考价值。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of maspin, MMP-9 and VEGF in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and their prognostic significance. [Methods] Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of maspin, MMP-9 and VEGF in 50 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of normal oral mucosa. [Results] The expression rates of maspin in OSCC and normal oral mucosa were 90.0% (18/20) and 72% (36/50), respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05) Protein and VEGF expression was negatively correlated; MMP-9 and VEGF expression was positively correlated. [Conclusion] Maspin expression loss plays an important role in the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Simultaneous maspin, MMP-9 and VEGF abnormalities can be used as important biological indicators to evaluate the malignant degree of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of oral squamous cell carcinoma of the malignant behavior of important clinical reference value.
