思想决定出路,探索决定结果。“以学生为主体,以教师为主导”这是现代教学的指导思想,新课程也倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,它要求赋予学习者学习的权力和责任,让学习者成为学习活动的真正主人,改变以往外在、被动、依赖的学习状态,把学习变成不断生成、发展、提升的过程。因此,我校一直践行的“361”高效生本模式,就是以学生为本,相信学生的潜能,挖掘学生的潜能,引导学生进行自主学习,合作探究。下面谈谈我在践行“少教多学”
Ideas decide the way out and explore the outcome of the decision. This is the guiding ideology of modern teaching. The new curriculum also advocates the learning style of “autonomy, cooperation and inquiry.” It requires the power and responsibility to be given to the learner so as to let the students learn. Learners become the true masters of learning activities, change the past external, passive and dependent state of learning, the study into a continuous process of generating, developing and upgrading. Therefore, our “361 ” high-quality student-based mode has always been student-centered, believing in the potential of students, tapping the potential of students, and guiding students to engage in autonomous learning and cooperative exploration.
