本文提出了今后五年间企业职工培训的重点是 :管理干部的培训、青年科技人才的培养、技术工人岗位实际技能及相关专业技能的强化培训。结合现时期再就业工程的实施 ,应注重抓紧抓好下岗职工的再就业培训 ,与管理、提高企业职工整体素质 ,为企业可持续发展提供人力资源保证
This article put forward the following five years enterprise employees training focus is: management cadre training, the cultivation of young scientists and technicians, the actual skills of skilled workers and related professional skills intensive training. In combination with the implementation of the current reemployment project, we should pay close attention to reemployment training and management of laid-off workers, improve the overall quality of employees and provide human resources guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises
