全国标准图书发行第五届工作会议暨全国标准图书发行联合会第七届工作会议于1996年9月2日～9月6日在湖南省张家界市召开。来自全国各地技术监督系统及有关部委的标准图书发行机构的60名代表出席了会议。国家技术监督局副局长李忠海、政法宣教司司长王吉来和湖南省技术监督局局长杨学金等到会祝贺。中国标准出版社社长陈宽基主持了会议,副社长张健全作了题为《实行两个转变,促进标准图书发行工作规模化、规范化发展》的工作总结报告。会议对上海发行站、四川发行站、辽宁发行站分别授予了“先进单位标兵”、“成绩突出标兵”和“经营管理标兵”的称号,并颁发了锦旗和奖品;对天津
The 5th Work Conference of the Standard Books Distribution and the 7th Working Conference of the National Standard Books Distribution Federation were held in Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province from September 2 to September 6, 1996. Sixty representatives from standard book issue agencies of technical supervision systems and relevant ministries across the country attended the meeting. Li Zhonghai, deputy director of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, Wang Jilai, director of the Public Affairs Department of Politics and Law, and Yang Xuejin, director of Hunan Technical Supervision Bureau, will wait until the congratulation. Chen Kuanji, president of China Standard Press, presided over the meeting and Zhang Jianquan, the vice president, made a summary report titled “Implementing Two Transformations and Promoting the Standardization and Development of Standard Book Distribution”. The conference awarded the titles of “Advanced Unit Model”, “Outstanding Model Achievement” and “Operational Management Model” to Shanghai Distribution Station, Sichuan Distribution Station and Liaoning Distribution Station, respectively, and issued banners and prizes; Tianjin
