本文用热扭转法测定了Al Mg Si RE合金温度在500~560℃及应变速率在6×10~(-2)~1.45s~(-1)范围内的流变曲线,观察了动态组织。研究了热变形对Mg_2Si等温析出动力学及直接淬火后时效行为的影响。结果表明热变形可使直接淬火后的时效硬化能力增强,得到较为细小和弥散分布的时效强化相。
In this paper, the rheological curves of Al Mg Si RE alloy at temperature of 500-560 ℃ and strain rate of 6 × 10 -2 ~ 1.45 s -1 were measured by the hot torsion method. The dynamic microstructure was observed. The effects of thermal deformation on the isothermal precipitation kinetics of Mg 2 Si and the aging behavior after direct quenching were studied. The results show that the thermal deformation can enhance the hardenability of the hardened steel after direct quenching, resulting in a more refined and dispersed aging microstructure.
