对国产6属11种木兰科植物叶片的结构进行了比较解剖学研究。通过比较叶的表皮、下皮、叶肉及中脉等解剖特征,结果表明:(1)上、下表皮细胞的形态结构在种之间存在差异;(2)下皮存在于木莲属、木兰属、含笑属、合果木属的部分种中,连续或不连续;(3)叶肉中栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化程度以及细胞形态在种间存在差异;(4)中脉维管组织具原始性,维管束环状排列,具髓(除乐东拟单性木兰),外有厚壁细胞组成的维管束鞘包围;维管束的数目在属间和种间存在差异。上述解剖特征为该科系统演化及分类提供新的实验证据。
The comparative anatomy of the leaves of 11 species of Magnoliaceae from 6 genera in China was studied. The results showed that: (1) the morphological structure of upper and lower epidermal cells differed among species; (2) the hypocotyl existed in the genus Magnoliae, Magnolia , Michelia, and asepsis, continuous or discontinuous; (3) the degree of differentiation of palisade tissue and spongy tissue in mesophyll and cell morphology were different among species; (4) The midrib vascular tissue was primitive, Vascular bundles were arranged in a ring shape surrounded by vascular bundle sheaths composed of thick-walled cells with extramedullary (except Lentinus edulis); the number of vascular bundles was different between genus and species. The above anatomical features provide new experimental evidence for the evolution and classification of the system.
