厦门国际中心主塔楼共设置5道桁架钢结构,每道桁架由伸臂桁架、环向支撑腰桁架及水平支撑三部分组成,伸臂桁架由穿越核心筒的4榀桁架构成,环向支撑腰桁架由东、南、西、北4榀组成,桁架间辅以巨型斜撑连接,以保证结构的整体稳定性。伸臂桁架和腰桁架按单元合理规划分段,分段后钢结构构件满足塔吊吊装要求。巨型斜撑合理规划分段后采用塔吊与倒链结合方式进行安装,采用斜向悬挑施工技术,使吊装角度与安装角度相符,从而提高了安装精度,取得了较好效果。
The main tower of Xiamen International Center is equipped with 5 truss steel structures. Each truss is composed of boom truss, hoop truss and horizontal support. The truss truss consists of 4 truss which penetrates the core barrel, By the east, south, west, north 4 榀 composition, supported by a large gusset between the truss to ensure the overall structural stability. The boom truss and the waist trusses are planned in stages according to the unit plan, and the steel structural members meet the requirements of tower cranes after the sub-section. Giant bracing rational planning sub-section after the tower crane and inverted chain combination of installation, the use of oblique cantilever construction technology, so that the lifting angle and installation angle, thus improving the installation accuracy, and achieved good results.
