本文介绍了用高速纹影法研究一直喷式柴油机混合气形成和燃烧过程的结果。文中简述了所建立的纹影光学系统和测量气缸内压力的电路控制系统,并观察分析了不同燃油启喷压力和空气涡流强度对油束特性、油束碰壁反溅、混合气形成以及火焰传播过程的影响,还研究了喷油压力和空气涡流对炭烟形成和放热过程的作用。
In this paper, the results of the formation and combustion of a continuously injected diesel engine using a high speed profiling method are introduced. In this paper, the established optical system of shading and the circuit control system for measuring the pressure in the cylinder are briefly introduced. The characteristics of the fuel bundle, such as the characteristics of the oil bundles, the splashing of the oil bundles, the formation of the mixed gas and the flames The influence of propagation process, the effect of injection pressure and air vortex on the formation and exothermic process of soot were also studied.
