报道以邻溴苯甲醇为原料,经溴代、氰化及α-负碳离子的亲核加成反应,合成出2,4-二(邻溴苯基)-3-亚胺基丁腈。3步反应收率分别为93%、95%、39%。各步产物结构经IR、MS、NMR分析数据得以确定。
It was reported that 2,4-bis (o-bromophenyl) -3-iminobutyronitrile was synthesized from o-bromobenzyl alcohol by nucleophilic addition reaction of bromo, cyanidation and α-carbanion. The yields of the three steps were 93%, 95% and 39%, respectively. The structure of each step was confirmed by IR, MS and NMR analysis.
