本文叙述了对包头白云鄂博矿采用优先浮选稀士—萤石—选择性絮凝脱泥选铁的工艺流程,不但综合回收了稀士、铁和萤石,而且,选别指标较高,流程结构简单,对不同类型试料适应性也较强,并有利于环境保护和球团炼铁炼纲。试验证明了,烷基异羟肟酸胺混合捕收剂和石油发酵抽提物分别是稀士和萤石的有效捕收剂,对稀土和萤石与其它矿物的分离具有良好效果;采用氢氧化钠和水玻璃进行选择性絮凝脱泥选铁是硅铁分离的有效方法。
