农家贮藏温州蜜柑,分准备、采收、处理、贮藏4个环节。操作要点如下: 1.药剂 可选用京2B1号、SM—4等保鲜剂。京2B对水25—30倍浸果,每公斤药剂处理柑橘1500—2000公斤;SM—4对水稀释35—40倍,稀释时,先用1/3开水将药溶化后再加2/3凉水,冷却后浸果,每公斤SM—4处理柑橘2500公斤以上。也可自配保鲜剂:开水20公斤、90%2,4-D3克、50%多菌灵20克、淀粉250克,苏打15克配匀冷却后可处理柑橘1500公斤。9—10月在柑橘树上喷施一次杀菌剂以减轻采前侵染的贮藏期病害。 2.消霉 每立方米有效容积可贮柑橘200—300公斤。贮藏前7—10天,地下室和保温室用硫磺香(纸裹硫磺成线香)熏蒸,每立方米用硫磺10克,密闭48小时后通风。普通房屋用40倍福尔马林泼洒消毒。果箱(篓)和其它用具用10%石灰水或4%漂白粉液浸泡4—6小时消毒。
