2017 Award Ceremony for World Outstanding Female Scientists Awards Ceremony Held in Paris on the evening of March 23, this award was won by Chinese female scientists, Professor Bowenan at Stanford University in the United States and four other female scientists. Long Ran, a postdoc at the China University of Science and Technology, won the “World’s Most Promising Women Scientist Award” with 14 other scholars. Bao Zhenan won the prize for his contribution in the field of developing artificial skin. Her longtime commitment to flexible electronics led the team to develop a flexible artificial skin that senses stress and communicates with the brain
