目的:探讨痰瘀同治方对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管新生的影响。方法:将8日龄鸡胚制备鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型随机分为4组:空白血清组,大、中、小剂量含药血清组(加入各组相应的含药血清)。培养3d后观察各组对CAM模型标本形态及血管新生数量的影响。结果:大剂量含药血清组粗大血管及细小分支迅速增多,血管网络清晰,呈叶脉样,放射性生长,血管新生数量明显高于空白血清组(P<0.01),中剂量及小剂量含药血清组与空白血清组比较有一定优势,但无统计学意义。结论:痰瘀同治方可明显促进鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管新生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qitongzhizhi on angiogenesis of chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane. Methods: Chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) models prepared from 8-day old chicken embryos were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank sera group, large, medium, and small doses of drug-containing sera (adding the corresponding drug-containing serum in each group). After 3 days of culture, the effects of each group on the morphology of CAM model and the number of angiogenesis were observed. Results: Large blood vessels and small branches of high-dose drug-containing serum group increased rapidly, and the vascular network was clear. The vein-like, radioactive growth, and the number of angiogenesis were significantly higher than that of the blank sera group (P<0.01). The middle-dose and low-dose serum contained drugs. The group had certain advantages compared with the blank serogroup, but it was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Qi Tong Tong Zhi Fang can obviously promote the angiogenesis of chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane.
