一、背景早在2010年3月为认真落实“长三角教育联动发展”计划,经上海市、江苏省、浙江省教研室主任会议磋商,就建立“长三角教研发展共同体”达成共识。一致认为建立“长三角教研发展共同体”有助于加强长三角地区基础教育教研部门交流与合作,探索区域性教研事业共同发展新机制,为长三角地区教育事业的发展作出新贡献。四年来长三角地区一市二省的基础教育教研部门轮流承办学术性研讨活动,并在各自的教研网站上开辟“长三角教研信息”专栏,建立互相开放、资源共享的网络信息平台,吸引了长三角地区及其他地区的中小学校长和骨干教师参与交流研讨,共同探究基础教育教研事业发展中的大问
First, the background as early as March 2010 to conscientiously implement the “Yangtze River Delta Education Joint Development ” program, the Shanghai, Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, director of the consultation meeting to establish “the Yangtze River Delta teaching and research community” to reach a consensus . They all agreed that the establishment of a “community of research, development and education in the Yangtze River Delta” will help strengthen exchanges and cooperation in education and research departments of basic education in the Yangtze River Delta region and explore new mechanisms for the joint development of regional teaching and research institutions so as to make new contributions to the development of education in the Yangtze River Delta. In the past four years, the basic education teaching and research departments of two provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region have taken turns conducting academic seminars and opened special columns on “teaching and research information in the Yangtze River Delta” on their respective teaching and research websites to establish a network information platform that is open to each other and resources are shared. Attracted primary and secondary school principals and key teachers in the Yangtze River Delta region and other regions to participate in the exchange and discussion to jointly explore the great question in the development of basic education teaching and research
