研究与运用氧化亚氮-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法连续测定7715D高温钛合金中的铌钼含量。介绍了铌钼的最佳测定条件及呈良好线性范围的浓度,并对干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该方法灵敏度高,干扰小、选择性和重现性好。对样品进行10次测定的结果表明,相对标准偏差均小于1.5%,标准加入回收率在97%~103%范围内,完全适用于7715D高温钛合金铌钼含量的测定。
Study and Application of N2O - Acetylene Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry for Continuous Determination of Niobium and Molybdenum in 7715D High Temperature Titanium Alloy. The optimum conditions for the determination of niobium and molybdenum and the concentrations in the good linear range are introduced, and the interference factors are taken into consideration. The method has high sensitivity, small interference, good selectivity and reproducibility. The results of 10 measurements of the samples showed that the relative standard deviations were less than 1.5% and the standard recoveries were in the range of 97% -103%, which were completely suitable for the determination of niobium and molybdenum content of 7715D high temperature titanium alloy.
